At Prime Football Kits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
 

1. Returns

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging with tags attached.
 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
 

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Custom or personalised items, including shirts with specific player names and numbers.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
     

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at support@primefootballkits.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. Please note that availability of replacement items may vary.
 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@primefootballkits.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
